Exchange and return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 business days from the date you place your order to request an exchange or return.

Products must be returned unworn and in their original condition, with all labels and original packaging, and adequately protected for the return journey. The customer is responsible for exchange or return shipping costs.

For refunds, we refund the price paid for the returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable return service.

How do I request an exchange or return?

Send us a message with your name, email address, order number and the items you would like to exchange or return.

Sock care

Remove the label by cutting the thread with scissors. Wash inside out in cold water without bleach. Do not tumble dry or iron.
